PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of Jif ( EXTRA CRUNCHY) peanut butter
1 and 1/2 pounds powdered sugar
1/2 pound REAL butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.

DIRECTIONS:
Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix together with your hands. It will form a "dough". Make sure all ingredients are completely mixed together.

Make desired sized balls ( I like bite size) and freeze for 2 hours.

Once the peanut butter balls are chilled:

MELT TOGETHER in a small saucepan:
1 bag Gharadelli semi-sweet Chocolate chips
1/3 block of Gulf paraffin wax
Stick a toothpick slightly into each peanut butter ball and dip into the melted chocolate/paraffin mixture. Place onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets and carefully remove each toothpick. Repeat until all the peanut butter balls are covered in chocolate.


Let air dry to harden.
Store in airtight container.
